How long does it take receive my products?
It usually takes 2-4 days to process your order and 2-3 weeks to deliver it.

 

Do you ship your products globally ?
Yes, absolutely. We can deliver our products anywhere in the world.


Where do you ship your products from ?
Our offices are located in Bordeaux in France. Our international warehouse is located in China.

Do you provide information on how to track products once they’re shipped?Yes, you will receive tracking information in your e-mail once the order is shipped. My tracking status says that “there is no available information at the moment”; some shipping companies update their tracking information only 2-3 working. For logistical reasons, different products from the same order may be delivered in separate packages if you chose the combined delivery option.


Some items from my order are missing, what’s happening?
Depending on your order, your products will sometimes be delivered separately. For example, if your order has items from two different warehouses, there will be two different deliveries. The missing items will be delivered very soon. 


I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please send a picture of the damaged item to the following email: contact@lechat-beaute.com and we will send you a similar replacement product as soon as possible.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s taking so much time?
We apologize for the delay. International shipping may take more time than expected because of customs procedures. You can track your order whenever you want to locate it. What’s your refund policy?
We do our best to solve any issue our clients may face with their online purchases. However, if you want a refund, we will you reimburse your purchase. The items concerned shouldn’t be part of any promotions and the appeal must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. For more information, please go to our refund policy page.
